Not having your home professionally staged is like leaving money on the table. Working as a team, we will prepare your home to for a quick and profitable sale. A professionally staged home offers a great return on the investment of the service. Eighty-four percent of buyers find it "easier to visualize the property as their future home" when it's staged (NAR 2019). We work with you and provide you a detailed staging report for preparation of realtor photos. Most buyers start by looking online, and having perfectly staged rooms available for viewing gives you an edge in the market. Let us help you get your home ready for sale.
We can also help you realize your vision for your new home with design services, and color consultation so that the paint you pick is right the first time. We offer in-person and virtual design services, including full E-design packages that include the links to all purchases so you can buy them as you are ready. We believe we can help you accomplish all your visions for your homes, both current and future.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $125.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $1,000.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
