What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I would recommend asking for photos of their past work, if you can contact any of those clients for a reference, ask about the chemicals they use, and even about the tools they use. Interview more than one service and ensure you are comfortable with the person (people). Make sure they are licensed & insured. Define the scope of the services you want (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). Make sure the pricing in explicit because you do not want any hidden fees popping up. Ensure they are aware of any pets you may have and if any special considerations need to be made for it.
