Mowing, mulching, and trimming! All 3 my absolute favorite. We are good at what we do also, quality is one of my top goals.

How We Charge For Our Services

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $60.00 to $90.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $35.00 to $40.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $45.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
I like to invoice my customer and make sure there are no fees, and a detailed description of the job. Also go the extra mile and do extra work (little things like clean sticks off a property) and won't even charge them. Plus when it comes to estimates and giving quotes... I'm not happy until my customers are happy.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $100.00 to $125.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $140.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $250.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
- $40.00 to $55.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $50.00 to $70.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
With driving to job(gas) using blowers(gas) or a rake(labor) inhalant of dust (danger) time on the job. $35 per man hour or $1 a minute would seem fair to me.
