How We Charge For Our Services

Blinds or Shades - Clean
- $3.50 to $5.50 per slat or vane (vertical blinds)
we charge by the square foot
$3.50 per sq ft for cell shades
$4.50 per sqare ft for sillouettes and roman shades

Blinds or Shades - Install or Replace
- $100.00 to $20,000.00 fixed fee (standard, 4-bedroom house)

- $3.50 to $8.50 per pleat
depends on the time, effort and amount of chemicals needed, & if the are lined, unlined, or interlined

Furniture - Upholster
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
It depends on the amount of detail work required as well as costs of fabric vary greatly.

Interior Designers - Residential
- $1.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
We generally give free shop at home service for buyers if only looking to pick our brain to just get ideas we charge $100 per hour

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean
- $200.00 to $300.00 for couch cleaning (oversized couch)
- $125.00 to $175.00 for loveseat cleaning
- $150.00 to $225.00 for couch cleaning (average size)
- $75.00 to $125.00 for armchair cleaning
- $35.00 to $75.00 for footstool or ottoman cleaning
prices by running foot having average amount of cushion 3 for sofa & 1 per chair also dry cleaning certain fabrics that need to be dry cleaned is $10 per foot more
