How We Charge For Our Services

Appliance Water Line - Install or Repair
- $80.00 to $95.00 per hour
- $125.00 to $215.00 for dishwasher water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $100.00 to $200.00 for refrigerator water line (fixed fee)
- $225.00 to $325.00 for washing machine water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $100.00 to $200.00 for ice maker water line (fixed fee)
- $100.00 to $300.00 for appliance water line (fixed fee)
Every job differs, sometimes jobs go very easily and sometimes they can be more involved so it all depends but I’m extremely fair

Faucets - Install or Repair
- $100.00 to $225.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $275.00 to $500.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
Faucet prices vary greatly so depends how high end you want

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $80.00 to $95.00 per hour (plus parts)
- $100.00 to $300.00 fixed fee - flat rate

Plumbing for Remodel or Addition - Install
- $3,500.00 to $6,500.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with copper
- $2,000.00 to $5,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pvc
- $1,500.00 to $2,200.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex
Cpvc i don’t use and prices can differ depending on the house layout

Toilet - Install or Repair
- $125.00 to $225.00 fixed fee (labor only; toilet pre-purchased)
- $375.00 to $550.00 fixed fee (labor and standard grade toilet)
To remove old toilet and clean flange and install new toilet labor only can differ depending on the shape of the piping underneath and if the flange is in good shape and toilet prices can differ anywhere from $100-$600 just for toilet depending on brand

- $80.00 to $95.00 per hour (plus materials)
