How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain
- $1.00 to $7.00 per square foot
Pricing for interior painting averages $1.00 per sq. ft. for Labor. We show our customers the invoices for supplies and then our customers pay off the supplies at the end of the project. If we are applying Venetian plaster, multi colored faux finishes, or protective coatings our cost per sq. ft. can average around $7.00 per sq. ft.

Exterior or Interior - Paint Removal
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
Graffiti removal may be halted if gang members are present. Each site has variables which add to the cost. Highway signs require DOT and shutting down lanes. Price can be 750 an hour

Wallpaper or Wallcovering - Install
- $10.00 to $17.00 per square foot (labor only)
- $50.00 to $60.00 per roll (labor only)
Some commercial goods require special paste as well as lifts...

Wallpaper or Wallcovering - Removal
- $50.00 to $125.00 per hour
If the wallpaper can not be removed, the option of priming, texturing, and painting is open for discussion.
