How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $500.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $700.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $800.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $600.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Depending on the demographic value of the properties in that area, content of the properties utilities

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $300.00 to $350.00 fixed fee per year
- $75.00 per hour
prices are set on fixed fees

Pool - Inspection
- $75.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $75.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
pump electric use is the bulk of a pool inspection. the rest is cosmetic inspection

Property Management - Residential
- 5.00 to 10.00 percent of monthly rent
Rate billed per hour rate 30.00 per hour to 45.00 per hour

Roof - Inspection
- $50.00 to $75.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
