Cleaning Services - Medical & Health Care - $13.00 to $20.00 per hour - $0.05 to $0.25 per square foot Services depend in needs for each area. Floor care needs and disinfecting of surfaces etc. to changing of linens.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial - $15.00 to $18.00 per hour - $0.06 to $0.25 per square foot - $35.00 to $55.00 fixed fee per visit Every business has different needs and frequencies for cleaning and this will determine the rates as well as the type of facility if its a general office environment to a call center or day care.

Estate Cleaning - $25.00 to $55.00 per hour Generally hourly rates are dependant upon how many people are in the crews.

Janitorial Services - $15.00 to $16.00 per hour (per person) - $0.10 to $0.12 per square foot We do our best to stay competitive in our regions.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services - $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person) - $125.00 to $195.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home It all depends on what the homeowner expects to be completed at any given time.

Post Construction Clean-up - $22.00 to $28.00 per hour - $0.22 to $0.45 per square foot What's needs by the contractor will determine the rates. Each clean up will have specific needs to include or exclude windows , floor care and or hi dusting etc.

Pressure Washing - Residential - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour - $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot - $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home) - $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for driveway - $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft) Minimum charges based on time

Window - Washing and Cleaning - $3.00 to $6.00 per pane (inside and outside) - $3.00 to $6.00 per pane (outside only) - $1.50 to $3.00 per pane (inside only) Equipment and time will determine needs
