Building Restoration
Regency Mall contacted me on the possibility of cleaning the Belk store of the black mold that penetrated the pores of this beautiful landmark. The last company that attempted to do this took up to two months with half the results! H2overhaul cleaned this building over the Holiday season with much better results! You be the judge.

- $120.00 to $200.00 per hour
We believe in basing our pricing on market value. Our rates are determined by size of the project, and how long it will take us to do it. Some jobs are hourly, while others are on a per day rate.
