What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

After spending the last seven years as a Head College Baseball Coach, I am returning to the landscaping world. I have lots of experience working for and learning from people but am now ready to start taking on my own projects. As I start, I am able to competitively price jobs as this is additional work for me at the moment.
I am hard working, detail oriented and reliable. I will provide free estimates, timely service and fantastic customer service. I am happy to provide references as needed.

How We Charge For Our Services

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Repair
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus material cost)
Talk with client over phone and exchange pictures. Generate a quote from pictures/conversation. If customer is happy with initial quote, I will take the time to meet with the customer in person. Go over final details, look at the property and offer a final quote. No charge at any point until I complete work.

Deck or Porch - Clean, Seal, Stain or Waterproof
- $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
Talk with client over phone and exchange pictures. Generate a quote from pictures/conversation. If customer is happy with initial quote, I will take the time to meet with the customer in person. Go over final details, look at the property and offer a final quote. No charge at any point until I complete work.

- $40.00 to $55.00 per hour (plus materials)

- $30.00 to $55.00 per hour (per person) plus materials

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $15.00 to $30.00 per hour
- $25.00 to $150.00 flat rate for home planting plan
*New service for me. I will put together planting plans, bed designs, landscape feature designs while working with you each step of the way. Would charge by flat rate between $25-$150. Please note that I do not have a landscape design degree.

Soil - Delivery
- $75.00 to $177.00 per yard for screened topsoil (delivered)
Distance zones, smaller deliveries only. (Less than 5 yards)

Stone Patio - Repair
- $40.00 to $55.00 per hour (plus material cost)

- $60.00 to $80.00 per hour

- $70.00 to $150.00 per cubic yard
