Weight Loss Inititiative
With a panel of 4 of our gym members (Ridge Athletic Club, Bozeman, MT) who have each lost over 50 lbs naturally, we will create an open discussion where they will share their stories and strategies and take questions from the audience. I will facilitate. This will be free to members and their guests and will be held quarterly.

Coaching - Personal & Lifestyle
- $45.00 to $125.00 per hour
Health coaching costs vary depending is sessions are bought in packages of 2 or more and if sessions are private or group.

Health & Wellness - Consultants
- $45.00 to $700.00 per session
Cost varies for people and corporations, the amount of attendees, the number of sessions purchased and the amount of time required.

Personal Trainers
- $85.00 to $125.00 per hour
My prices reflect my 17 years experience as a personal trainer.
