Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: We are a smaller outfit who caters to the homeowners smaller projects or large. But we will call you back we will come and see you to discuss any project without giving you the run around like the bigger outfits will. Give us a call .
Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Driveways are the most often requested service asked for. Tear out and replacing existing driveways or new driveways for brand-new homes in the hills or the country to replace gravel . We've done 10 ft drives to 320 ft driveeays. We also will come out inspect any existing driveway to make sure if replacing is what's needed can any of the old driveway be saved so your cost can be cut down and your not overspending and over upgrading. We are a smaller outfit with less overhead and we also work as hard as you do for our money. And giving the best product and craftsmanship for a lot less than these bigger outfits who won't call you back most of the time. Makes us feel better about ourselves and who we are as skilled concrete finisher in our trade.
How We Charge For Our Services
Concrete - Sawing, Demolition or Removal
- $2.00 to $3.00 per square foot (for demolition and removal of 4" slab)
If your project is agreeable to both parties you the customer and us the contractor we will only ask for what's needed for material up front. If project is ten thousand dollars will ask for 2500 up front and the rest of 7500 paid when concrete is poured and finished. And if we tell you it's ten thousand it's ten thousand. There's really no reason to tack on a thousand more or two thousand more during middle of project like some bad apples in our industry will try and do.
