JJ Property Maintenance - Janitorial Services
Back in 1970, the CEO, Jose Javier Benitez came into this country as an immigrant to begin his life. He started his career at Los Angeles Unified School District as a full time custodian while he was a full-time student at Los Angeles Trade Tech. During Javier’s career at the school district he decided to take custodial classes and quickly became the Operations Manager for 250 schools. Javier then pursued his career as a facility manager at a non-profit organization, which then inspired him to open a janitorial corporation.
JJ Property Maintenance is a small family own business and was started in the City of San Gabriel in 1970. Just in 2008, we moved our office to Pasadena, where the bulk of our accounts are located.
JJ Property is currently serving Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County with more than one hundred employees providing janitorial and related services in over one million square feet of property, including retail stores, churches, medical facilities, daycare cente

GENERAL BUSINESS STATEMENT
JJ Property Maintenance has been providing professional janitorial services for all industry sectors since 1983. Our company has almost a decade providing service to The City of Maywood. We have also participated in select service projects for the City of Alhambra. For more than 30 years we have been serving the entire Los Angeles County as well as some of San Bernardino County. Some of our largest projects have been final clean-up services for commercial construction projects throughout the state of California. Recently we have dedicated our services to New Egg, one of the largest computer product retailers in the country. We have a lengthy and positive service history with a branch of YMCA, a worldwide organization. There has only been one contract in the past 3 years that we were unable to renew, with the Disney Store, with which we still maintain a positive reputation.
