How We Charge For Our Services
Loans & Lending - Commercial
- 1.00 to 3.00 percent for closing costs
We don't charge any upfront fees unless the direct lender that we partner up with charges the fees. We disclose the fee that we will receive and payment is made at closing.

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Commercial
- 3.00 to 6.00 percent of sale
We get paid at the closing table; however, on the instance where we can't, we ask that the client hold our fees in escrow with a third party to be paid after the closing.
