Why we do what we do
Patrick and Kathy met in 1993. In 1997 they booth began working for Washington’s Cheaper Chimney sweeps, Then moved to a $39.99 chimney sweep of Auburn, WA. In 2000, Patrick started Independent Commercial Services in Bonnie Lake, WA. In 2003, Patrick and Kathy moved to Ca to help Patrick's father run Al's Clean Care carpet and upholstery cleaning. In 2005, Patrick's father retired, and Patrick changed the name of the company to "Integrity Cleaning Services". In 2007 Patrick and Kathy Added Chimney and Dryer vent cleaning and repair to the business.
Due to Patrick and Kathy's pursuit to excellence, and honest approach, they were able to close down the carpet cleaning side of the business, and concentrate on chimney and dryer vents only. Today Patrick and Kathy are building one of the fastest growing Chimney businesses in the state of Ca by following a few simple rules.

Patrick is the man! We had a power outage and we have no power for the next 3 days we called in the morning and we got an appointment same day. The woman that answered the phone was so understanding, and our cleaner Patrick was nice and efficient. We will definitely use this service again!

HUGE thanks to Jacob of ICS for rescuing us today... cleaned our wood stove (our only source of heat) as we had a serious creosote build-up and had no heat (34 degrees out today). Jacob explained every detail of his process and every detail of proper burning and safety. Jacob pulled out a tremendous amount of soot all from inside; didn't need to climb on our roof. Kudos for doing this incredible cleaning and keeping our living room immaculate!

I was really impressed with their service! I had my chimney cleaned and they showed up on time and were in and out in about 45 minutes. They made sure that they didn't make a mess even though my house is mostly carpeted and made sure to tell me exactly what they were doing the whole time. It turned out that I was missing the cap on my chimney which could cause me a pretty hefty ticket so they installed that as well and walked me through the warranty on it. I was impressed by how professional and efficient they were! We fired up the chimney last night and it worked perfectly, thanks!

Great service! I had my chimney cleaned; they showed up on time, did a thorough job, made sure my chimney is in working order, and their price was totally fair. I also needed a spark arrester, so I had them do that too, and, again, the service was on point. Now I'm ready to burn, baby!!

Very professional. I got a deal on livingsocial to do my chimney cleaning with them, they showed up on time, did a great job, covered my new flooring and left the room spotless.
I ended up doing other services with them.

Very professional and reasonable. Our chimney doesn't back up with smoke anymore. I can now dry my clothes in one cycle, whereas before it would take two or three. Would definitely use these folks again.

Needed my dryer vent cleaned out as it was almost completely clogged. Pat showed up on time, got the job done! I had a full size lint poodle in my vent. After he was done, I checked out the vent to see if you could see the sky, (mine vents to the roof) I was very happy to see the vent completely clean and the blue sky above. Now my dry time is the average 40 mins per load. Thanks so much!

Wonderful service! Bill was very polite and came on time. He did an excellent job cleaning the chimney, cleaned up after himself, and also pointed out a serious structural issue that we hadn't noticed yet. He also pulled gobs of lint out of our dryer vent and probably saved us from a terrible fire! Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.
