Christmas Lighting - Install - $65.00 to $85.00 per hour (lights supplied by owner) - $200.00 to $300.00 fixed rate for a typical 2-story house (lights provided by owner) - $1.50 to $2.25 per linear foot of lights (lights supplied by owner) We charge based on linear feet and whether you have a two story or single level home.

Holiday Lighting - Install - $55.00 to $75.00 per hour (lights provided by owner) - $350.00 to $800.00 fixed rate for a typical 2-story house (lights provided by owner) - $2.50 to $3.50 per linear foot of lights (lights provided by owner) We lease our lights in order to keep entry and maintenance cost low for our clients. We design, install, maintain, take down and store all holiday decorations. We are a full service holiday decor company

Holiday Lighting - Remove - $55.00 to $75.00 per hour - $75.00 to $145.00 fixed rate for a typical 2-story house We bill based on estimated man hours to complete the project safely

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat - $45.00 to $76.00 per application (1/4 acre) We only service properties up to 12000 sqft

Lawn - Mow or Maintain - $34.00 to $50.00 per visit (1/4 acre) our mowing service is based on square footage

Leaf Cleanup and Removal - $45.00 to $65.00 per hour for raking and bagging We bill per man per hour

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup - $45.00 to $55.00 per hour - $120.00 to $455.00 per visit / by session We price mainly on a per man hour basis
