How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $425.00 to $525.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $650.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $750.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $550.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Each house is different we usually quote after looking up house. The age the size and the location all play into the price of inspection.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $125.00 to $150.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $350.00 to $475.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Our billing is always dependent on the job. We quote on a per job basis

Roof - Inspection
- $150.00 to $225.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
