How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $351.00 to $499.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $650.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $301.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal.
Payment can be made prior to or after the inspection.

Pool - Inspection
- $100.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $25.00 to $75.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
