How We Charge For Our Services
|
Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain
- $3.00 to $5.25 per square foot
Again depending on the surface and layers, the prices vary.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $3.00 to $4.25 per square foot
Stains usually cost a little more due to the products I use. Cabinets start at 35 a liner foot up to 75 a linear foot.

Painting - Faux Painters
- $3.25 to $5.25 per square foot for basic textures
- $5.25 to $7.25 per square foot for marbelizing
- $5.00 to $6.50 per square foot for wood grain and stria
- $5.25 to $7.25 per square foot for metalic
- $5.25 to $10.25 per square foot for plaster
Because of the layering of the color and textures, the prices vary from finish to finish. Some textures only have 2 or 3 layers, others I do have 11 or 12 layers.

Painting - Mural Painters
- $3.25 to $6.75 per square foot
Depending on the type of finish you want. A simple glaze starts at 3.25 sq. ft. while an 11 layer plaster and glaze finish could be as high as 9.25..Venetian plaster can be around 12.50 depending on the layers applied for the glass finish. These are for wall, ceiling, and floor dimensions. Furniture is a different type of bid altogether.

Painting - Textures
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
Layered textures is one of my specialties. Using stone plasters with crackle and break away, columns embossed on the wall to look real are all a part of the authentic look I like to perform. I rarely charge by the hour...most every time I charge by the sq ft. which is 5.25 for simple stone...up to 10.75 for detailed with brick break away and glazes

Painting - Trompe Loeil
- $30.00 to $50.00 per square foot
Depending on the detail in the mural. From misty backgrounds to high defined backgrounds to the front of the mural. Trompe'loeil is high definition. Modellos on the concrete to make it look like a 3 D rug, is high definition.
