I do send a quote based on the customer request, then I do an out of charge visit to check the project. After that, a final quote will be sent to be signed and later it will be transferred to a bill. I do charge 50% at the beginning of any job, then a 25% in the middle of the job, and 25% when everything is done. Payments are an option for big projects (between me and the customer - no banks or extra charge).
