How We Charge For Our Services
Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
The appraisal process varies, based on the purpose of the appraisal. Appraisals can be basic, and just needed to give the client a market value. Some properties are more complex, and the assignment is more complex.

Real Estate Consultants
- $50.00 to $125.00 per hour
Appraisers bill based on the assignment. We do not value based on a percentage of our value estimate. The typical fee is between $400 and $600.
