- $225.00 to $275.00 per square foot for premium grade construction - $150.00 to $175.00 per square foot for standard grade construction I charge this price to handle the plans and permits, inspections, you just got to decide how big you want to go and let me and my team handle the rest we work with some amazing architects have a stellar reputation with inspectors. I provide tons of pics of the job same day work order estimates a 1 year warranty on all work if anything fails in the first year its free to get it fixed. We want your great grand kids to enjoy the addition as well we strive for perfection and work till we are that's why we give ourselves an entire year to make sure we are. lol.
