I have been a Certified Green Professional through the NAHB Green Building Standard for over 20 years. I am former chairman of the NAHB Green Building Committee. I am also certified with EarthCraft House and Energy Star. I have been designing and building green, environmentally friendly homes since 2005.I specialize in energy efficient design, air quality control, No VOC materials, moisture prevention & control. Also environmentally responsible building techniques & material selection.

How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Residential
- $1.00 to $1.50 per square foot (design cost only)
I charge by the square footage of the design. Rates are based on the complexity of the plans.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour for original plans
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour for revisions to existing plans
I charge by the square footage of the design. The rate is dependent on the complexity of the design.

Landscape Architects - Residential
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
I charge by the size and complexity of the design.
