How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $1,200.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I know smaller homes take less time and don't want to over charge. However, any home over 4000sf with multiple rooms will take much longer so will be negotiated by number of rooms.
