Health Concepts inc. opened it's door for business in 1983 and for the last 29 years has been providing quality home health care for the coachella valley, Health concepts was founded by Joan Walker a true pioneer in the health care industry, at the time Joan was Southern California's regional manager for Homemakers Upjohn a position joan had since 1971, however In 1983 joan decided there was a need for a quality home health care agency in the Coachella valley communities, joan truly had a sincere passion for caring and with that passion she set the standards for providing quality home care services.
Sadly on November 21st 2010 joan passed away, knowing how hard their mother had worked to build Health Concepts Inc. into the business it is today, her daughters came in to continue their mothers legacy.
