How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We charge $375 for an inspection of a home up to 2000 sq feet and add $25.00 for every 500 sq feet after that. age and other special conditions may change price
We also test for Radon. $125 w/o inspection $100 w/ inspection
