How We Charge For Our Services

Demolition - Residential
- $3.00 to $6.00 per square foot
- $3,000.00 to $10,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $3,000.00 to $12,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
At Haul A Way we believe in being transparent with our pricing methods. for interior demolition there are a few factors that goes into our pricing. We charge by sqft, we take measurements of all areas that is set to be removed we then estimate how much cubic yards of garbage needs to be hauled from property, then we decide how much man power is needed and lastly we create a time frame for the job and that will give us your finalized quote.
