- $1,000.00 to $3,500.00 fixed fee for drain field replacement
- $3,500.00 to $8,000.00 for septic tank replacement (1,000-gallon concrete tank)
- $9,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee for engineered septic system (3-bedroom house)
- $7,500.00 to $12,000.00 fixed fee for new conventional system (3-bedroom house)
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for septic perc test
