Guido is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois. He received his Bachelors of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Upon graduation he went to work for an established architectural firm in Chicago. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge and worked on a wide variety of projects, from commercial and industrial to multi-family and custom single family residential.
After 5 years, Guido decided to venture out and start his own practice. He has been a self-employed business owner ever since and is the president of Neri Architects. Guido has gained over 30 years of experience and is recognized for his expertise in mixed-use, commercial, and multi –family residential design. Guido also has undertaken many real estate development projects himself, and has gained extensive knowledge of the development, entitlement, construction and financing process. Neri Architects did a fabulous job designing an addition to our house. They did come out to the site few times and we held few design sessions in their office to ensure every design detail was addressed and agreed on - this resulted in a smooth execution of the project with virtually no changes. The Neri team was very easy to work with and delivered an outstanding design that literally turns heads of people walking or driving by. Neri Architects has listened to us and designed the addition to our ranch that resulted in a beautiful house with a Craftsman/Frank Lloyd Wright design style hints throughout. We are extremely happy with the architect choice and definitely recommend them.
