QUESTION: "Why don't you treat our home every month?"
ANSWER: Pesticides are potent. They are great for eliminating pests but they can be a detriment to the environment if not applied appropriately. Overloading the soil creates runoff that effects nearby waterways and other wildlife. Therefore, we remain cautious not to over-treat. We do, however, guarantee a pest-free environment and will respond to free service call requests at any time.

We do! We offer a 50% discount on initial service treatments to military veterans, and 25% on similar services to senior citizens.

Mosquito Control
- $69.00 for one-time treatment (1/4 acre yard)
Monthly mosquito treatment is necessary each month to ensure products don't weaken to a point where new eggs can hatch in volume.

Pest Control - Bugs and Insects
- $89.00 to $189.00 per maintenance visit
- $129.00 to $259.00 for initial treatment (standard 4-bedroom home)
We offer a monthly subscription to our annual pest control service, which includes regular maintenance on a quarterly schedule, with free service calls in between.

Pest Control - Rodents (Rats, Mice, Chipmunks)
- $300.00 to $499.00 per treatment visit
- $85.00 to $295.00 for inspection and initial trap setting
We have competitive pricing, but offer finance options for those in need of service.

- $95.00 to $125.00 for termite inspection and report
- $675.00 to $1,750.00 for initial chemical treatment (typical 4-bedroom home)
