How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $375.00 to $425.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $550.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
A Service Agreement is provided and payment is accepted before the inspection. The inspection may take 3-4 hours, and the digital report will be sent to client by End Of Business Day.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $105.00 to $155.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Before each inspection, the client will receive a Service Agreement that details the scope of our inspection and fees. The inspection may take several hours, and the digital report is available by the end of the business day to the client.
