How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $88.00 to $142.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 5.00 to 7.00 percent of construction cost
Cost of Commercial Projects:
$115.47 per hour (plus materials) (Range: $88.05 - $142.89)
$7.45 per square foot (design cost only) (Range: $4.72 - $10.18)
7.5% of construction cost (Range: 7.11% - 7.89%)
