How We Charge For Our Services

Lawn Sprinklers - Install
- $55.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus material cost)
- $475.00 to $650.00 per sprinkler zone (connected to house water)
- $3.00 to $3.65 per linear foot (connected to house water)
Estimates include all typical costs for layout for uniform watering, simple 6 - 8 inch trenching for all underground pvc lines, installation of fittings, risers, sprinklers, control valve and timer. Estimates do not include costs for excavation, demolition and removal of existing paving or hardscape.

Lawn Sprinklers - Repair
- $45.00 to $70.00 per hour (plus parts)
Prices listed include all materials and labor performed after the initial Service Fee Per visit of $70.

Lawn Sprinklers - Winterize or Activate
- $60.00 to $120.00 fixed fee
•Closing main irrigation shut off valve (curve stop valve) if applicable.
•Backflow assembly is shut off and test cocks are left in the open position to allow trapped water or air out.
•Introducing pressurized air to entire system through the use of an air compressor to blow out excessive water from the irrigation system, backflow assembly, and each station (zone) individually.
•Leave irrigation controller on the “off” position.
•Provide customer with a list of repairs or problems that could be followed up in the spring (sprinkler activation).

Sod Installation
- $1.08 to $2.40 per square foot installed
Sod is priced by the square foot and is sold in pieces per pallet. Pricing is broken down into Installed, Installed/Soil Preparation/& Grade, and Installed/Soil Preparation/Grade & Tear Out.
