Our Caregiver, Mary, was very kind, strong, and on time. She was very clean, presentable, and polite. She provided all the services my mother requested of her promptly. She was physically strong and capable of doing a great job. The administrative aspect of County Home Care is very efficient and highly technologically oriented. Every communication is reported via email and phone. Record keeping and invoicing are higly organized and extremely relibable. If I need home care services in the future, I will call County Home Care again.
