How We Charge For Our Services

Dry-rot, Water or Pest Damage Major - Repair
- $87.00 per hour (plus materials)
The price depends on many factors — the number of affected areas, whether there is mold or not, and whether chemical treatment is required. It also depends on the type of wall and floor coverings, and on how much drying equipment needs to be installed. Therefore, it’s impossible to give an exact price without inspection. We provide on-site inspections free of charge.
