A: We stand behind our work and give a 90 day warranty on repairs and we work with manufacturers to honor their warranty on parts.
Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: " Is my air/refrigerator low on Freon?" is asked most. The response I give is your air conditioning or refrigerator is a closed and sealed system, it should never be low unless you have a leak somewhere.
Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Seniors and Military, Police and Fire Dept get 15 percent off and always get the service they deserve and respect they earned from OSC. Thank you.

How We Charge For Our Services
Appliance (Major Electric) - Install or Replace
- $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $80.00 to $125.00 for basic appliance hookup
We charge 75.00 Service Service Call to come to your house and diagnose problem. Then we give a flat rate price for parts and repairs. Soon we can accept credit card and debit cards by now we prefer cash and balance is due when repairs are complete.

Appliance (Major Gas) - Install or Replace
- $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $85.00 to $125.00 for basic appliance hookup
We charge a $75 service call to come and diagnosis component then give a flat rate repair cost if needed.
