David was fantastic. He arrived early and was there to meet us. We started on the exterior inspection before the agent arrived and we were able to get in to the building. Due to an unforeseen issue with the gas being turned off, he returned to finish the inspection that same week when it was turned back on. David was very thorough, and talked through what he was looking for/at, as well as the findings throughout the building. I would definitely use him again
I rarely write reviews, but recently had a surprisingly exceptional experience with an inspector that I believe will help others. David Deering was very punctual, professional, fully prepared and ready to work. I have met many inspectors in the past and was very impressed with David’s observational skills and knowledge. He showed great aptitude in easily pointing out issues, possible solutions and honestly answering questions. For example an air condensation unit that was more susceptible in breaking due to its positioning. He explained the mechanical design and how it would break overtime due to such an unleveled platform. He didn't speculate but gave me honest opinions and answers. David’s detail oriented nature may be due to his electrical engineering background. I would HIGHLY recommend David to anyone that is in need of an inspection.

- $1,000.00 to $50,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
It's impossible to apply a one-size-fits-all commercial real estate fee structure without knowing exactly what type of building is in need of inspection Warehouse? a restaurant? a church? The type of building and systems installed within in conjunction with the square footage of the facility is the most equitable method of pricing commercial real estate inspections.

- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour
We provide commercial facility inspection services which may be utilized to determine existing conditions and feasibility for improvements. Not-to-exceed pricing is acceptable for our services though we prefer set price contracts based upon building size and type.
