How We Charge For Our Services

Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $75.00 per sample for lab testing
- $250.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
PRICING IS BASED ON FULL INSPECTION AND PER SAMPLES. THE MORE SAMPLES THE HIGHER THE RATE.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $85.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $370.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Our average residential jobs includes a full interior and exterior inspection and 3 air samples (2 inside and 1 outside) for a fee of $370.00

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
Price is for inspection and sampling.
