Prior to his own practice, Edwin headed the Alternative Asset team for the 16th largest retained search firms in the World, serving clients in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Americas from 33 offices across the globe. Edwin's search experience focuses on senior level assignments globally in both traditional and alternative asset management. Having completed numerous senior level assignments from CEO’s, to fund marketers and analysts. He demonstrates his unique understanding for his client's human capital needs. He confidentially represents clients from the world's largest bank to Wall Street firms, Hedge Funds and Fund-of-Funds, to select start-ups in the alternative domain.


Early in his career Ed did international private funding and merger acquisitions; while at Dean Wittier Reynolds he marketed alternatives and fund of funds products to institutional clients and high-net worth investors. Edwin has worked in a cross-section of both industry and government, spending the first part of his career in law enforcement and subsequently working in the international intelligence community, living in the Americas and Southeast Asia. During his career, Edwin has received numerous awards and citations. He is also an active member of both the Association For Intelligence Officers (AFIO), and Central Intelligence Retirees Association (CIRA).

- $1,500.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee per candidate hired
