What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

In my 20 years of working in the Architectural field and being licensed since 2009, i have covered a spectrum of projects. However, my main source of business has always been in the private residential area of Architecture. I love designing all things residential:uses, cabanas and pool houses, additions all sizes, kitchen designs, master bathrooms, basements, replace siding and windows to change the curb appeal and brand New homes from site placement to finish product.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Residential
- 8.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
Typically my costs are based on the estimated cost of construction however I provide a detailed proposal which will spell the entire scope of work out as it relates to the project. Bids can also be run hourly.
