How We Charge For Our Services

Benefits Administrators
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour - $2,000.00 to $4,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate Our billing is based on either hourly rate or per project flat fee.

Employee Development & Training
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour We charge per hour excluding any Zoom or e-mail.

Human Resources - Consultants & Advisors
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour We charge per hour excluding any Zoom or e-mail.

Payroll Services
- $50.00 to $60.00 per hour - $300.00 per month for 10 employees - $150.00 per run (or pay period) - $400.00 to $500.00 per month for 50 employees - $15.00 to $21.00 per employee (per month) We primarily charge an implementation fee between $500-$1,500 depending on the group size and HRIS system.
