What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Don't always judge a book by the cover our company is definitely not the cheapest company out there but we're not the most expensive either I tried to offer a fair price for a fair day's work more professional we do it right the first time and we always make sure that when we leave the job site the customer is more than happy and we leave the job site cleaner than we found it

Each and every chemical that we use for cleaning in all aspects of commercial hood cleaning industry we research it and make sure that it's environmental-friendly for the restaurant to be used around food also find out what's the right way to dispose of any waste in Greece that we have from side job because if we don't take care of our environment our children will have it tomorrow to be able to do the work in so for us it's not only important to take care of today but we need to take care of the environment in the long term!

We're honest what we say we're going to do we do we're not the cheapest but we're definitely not the most expensive give us a chance once and I guarantee you and we will do business for as long as you're in business!

Being on time doing what we say we're going to do and doing it when we say we're going to do it and another thing were known for is that we leave the mop at the back door because we mopped the whole facility from front to back right to the back door when we leave and we leave the mop right there so that they know we cleaned it for him unless they advised us to put it away for him and then in that event we will most definitely put it away LOL

The most asked question that whereas is when can you be here and our answer is as soon as possible and the second most asked question is how much and I always tell the customer I won't know that until I come and take a look at your unit and see who exactly what we're working with.

Well we just did a job that I'm very proud of in Batavia New York for a young lady named Kathy who just took over batavia's finest or batavia's best and some people know it it's a pizzeria on Main Street in Batavia they definitely have great service and great food what this problem was is when Kathy took it over the hood and ventilation system had been cleaned and quite a few years knocked it out really quick we sold another new customer and hopefully she will be a lifelong customer I was very proud of that job

Hood cleaning
These pictures are of a hood that we cleaned 3 months ago and that we clean every 6 months for a local restaurant in the Batavia New York area we also do many restaurants in the Buffalo Rochester Syracuse Erie PA area

Hood cleaning we always wrap are hoods and cover all the equipment and make sure that we check all food specialty items check for anything that could be hazardous or dangerous to the job and to make sure that we do the most professional job that we can what's most important at the end of the day is that customer are happy and pleased with the work that we do!

This is why the typical Hood looks like when we walk in the the restaurant or the facility when we leave we make sure that every entry point has been cleaned from the fan to the duct to the ansul system the filters the firewall and yes even the outside of the exhaust Hood itself we take the time to wipe it down.

Bakery floor and ceiling repaint
At batavia's original Pizzeria in Batavia New York Eastco Mobil Power Washing AND construction services OF Batavia N.Y.
Power washed floors and walls of the bakery also we provided all the materials and paint to paint the ceiling which was a fireproof ceiling we did that a semi gloss white also on the same job we epoxy the floor what a slate gray color filled in all the holes and cracks with self leveler job came out excellent and the customer had us install a 20in exhaust fan and a multiple speed switch.
Kathy Ferrara the owner batavia's original said she was very happy and also hired us to clean her hoods all three of HOOD UNITS , at three times a year every 4 months.
A final note Kathy also hired us to come in at the end of April and do some more painting work for Honor exterior of her business thank you once again Kathy feirra,for all your work and we appreciate it.

How We Charge For Our Services

Grease Traps - Clean
- $80.00 to $95.00 per hour
Our price is a per hour price it includes two men or up to two men anything that requires more than two men will be talked about during the estimate.

Kitchen Hood Cleaning - Commercial
- $80.00 to $110.00 per hour for commercial hood cleaning (two-man crew)
In today's economy you have to pay your workers Affair pay and the wages for a worker today I'll power washing technician as a normal will run you $16 an hour per man we find it up average price runs about $90 per hour for a two-man crew and that covers the pay the insurance the vehicles the equipment in the chemicals today's drastically changing environment our prices are subject to change at any time but as the president of the company I have to say that we're very proud our prices have it changed in the last 5 years.

Kitchen Hood or Exhaust Fan - Install
- $97.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus cost of hood)
Once again our prices are for one man all the way up to for men depending on the size of the job and depending on how many men we need in our crew

- $95.00 to $200.00 per hour plus parts
Price varies from one man to three to four man crew depending on the size of the job

- $80.00 to $160.00 fixed fee (typical residential kitchen)
Prices range from the lowest to the highest and that is for two men two for men depending on the size of the job will depend on the size of the crew to accomplish the job in the safest timeline and manner of workmanship
