How We Charge For Our Services
|
Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $100.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $500.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $500.00 to $1,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
Consult is $100 paid prior to, if you book with us we will credit you the $100.
4-5 rooms is $500-$1500 depending on size of house and items needs.
We truly try to be affordable to get your home sold.
Staging is cheaper than your 1st price cut.
