About the Owner
Ryan grew up in Peoria, Arizona and started lawn care maintenance at the young age of 15. After only a few short months of working long hours every day in the blistering heat, he developed a passion for the industry. Ryan joined the US ARMY as an Aircraft Structural Repairer on active duty a few years after. He was in 6 years and honorably served two tours in Afghanistan. When he moved back to Arizona he was helping a long time friend of his do some yard work. Ryan said to his buddy, "Why don't we start a lawn care or landscape company?" The rest is history....

How We Charge For Our Services

Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour for raking and bagging
Depending on how much volume there is present determines the price range per hour.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $40.00 to $80.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $85.00 to $120.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Depending on how much volume there is present determines the price range per hour.

Sod Installation
- $0.60 to $2.00 per square foot installed
If we are JUST installing sod and no prep work required our price is typically $.75 per sqft. with a minimum of 1000 sqft. for this discounted price

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
