How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- 3.00 to 6.00 percent of construction cost
Commercial buildings design and construction documents require high level of professional expertise in each building and construction type. These rates include also complete engineering.

Architects - Residential
- $2.00 to $6.00 per square foot (design cost only)
We pride ourselves in quality design, aggressive scheduling and low cost. Each project is different and can require different level of service. Also different jurisdictions have different submittal and engineering requirements Please give us a call so we can better understand your exact needs.

Designer - Building
- $50.00 to $120.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $3.00 per square foot (design only)
- 3.00 to 6.00 percent of construction

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour for original plans
we are trying to be 20-30% less expensive than our competitors.
