I called AllPro Appliance repair and was given a recommendation for Michael Johnson, owner of The Dryer Vent. Michael answered his phone, told me he would be able to evaluate my problem between his scheduled appointments, and if time allowed, would fix the vent. He called to let me know he was on his way. His work was excellent: he took great care to do neat work (placing foot protection on each time he entered the condo). He was extremely professional, polite and very skilled- he was able to replace my vent and left everything immaculate- he vacuumed up every last piece of dust and made sure my dryer was working well before he left.
