What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I encourage you to try and build at least one home for yourself to live in or to sell, for very high profits. I've never seen the profit margins where they are today. Builders are making at least 30%. That money could be yours to save or add many many amenities to your home . Pay less and get so much more. What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

I coach owner builders/self-builders build their own house /home at builder's cost and even using my discounts at many retail stores for materials and supplies. They save at anywhere from 25-35% or they use the savings to lower their payments or buy a new car, sell at retail etc. Why pay builders from $tens of thousands -$100,000s Depending on their specific details. I developed software to help people build with ease. the process is laid out for ease of use to the owner builder/Self-builder. It walks them through each step and giving money savings tips along the way. I am also available by text or email for any questions they may have. I will help them not make costly mistakes.
