Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $45.00 to $65.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $900.00 to $1,200.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $1,800.00 to $2,300.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Our billing philosophy is based on a per customer budget basis

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $45.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 10.00 to 15.00 percent of interior furnishings
- 3.00 to 5.00 percent of construction cost
