How We Charge For Our Services
|
Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $60.00 to $70.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $60.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $60.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
All weekly cuts are $60. This includes mowing, trimming, eding, blowing, and any pick up of sticks.
A few days before your scheduled service, you will receive an invoice with the cost of your service. You pay as we go, and there are no contracts. I use a service called yardbook to send the emails, and payments can be made as cash or check the day of the service.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $25.00 to $40.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $25.00 to $40.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $30.00 to $45.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
All pricing/ estimates will be done if service is needed.

Mulch - Deliver or Spread
- $50.00 to $75.00 per cubic yard (material and local delivery)
Mulch pricing/estimates will be done if service is needed. Mulch jobs range from $150 - 300 depending on amount of Mulch used, and work hours.

Snow - Plow or Remove
- $45.00 to $60.00 per hour (residential)
- $30.00 to $60.00 per visit for a typical driveway and sidewalk
