I made a deposit on an apartment but changed my mind due to transportation. The lease I signed said that the $100.00 deposit was fully refundable if the premises was in the same condition. Well i never even moved in yet the landlord felt it was ok to keep my money. They broke the law and owed me damages to the tune of $375.00. I received the money I had been waiting for over a month in just 10 days after the other party received the letter....Amazing!

- $9.95 to $24.95 per month
Our costs are from 9.95 to 24.95 a month, flat rate, and includes member and spouse/significant other. Minor protection can be added for $1, and covers up to 8 minor children.
